What days will my yard be serviced?

Service days will depend on your location. We try our best to keep it on the same days every week! We always send an eta prior to arrival. We are available to do cleanings Monday through Friday during daylight hours.

Can my dog stay in the yard while you scoop?

We love your pets! But for liability reasons your pets must stay contained for the duration of our service. This protects the technician from any injury, and ensures your pet doesn't escape when we come and go through the gate. Don't worry, we will occasionally leave them gifts or treats with your permission to show them some love.

Will you still scoop my yard if the weather is bad?

Of course! Rain and heat are not a problem! However, in the event of severe weather that makes it dangerous to be outside or on the roads we will make arrangements with you to reschedule your service.
